Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and the time and resources allocated to each procedure, we have implemented a strict No Refund Policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. No Refunds
Once a treatment or service is purchased and the procedure has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with results, changes in personal circumstances, or reactions to treatment
2. Consultation and Informed Consent
Prior to any treatment, a thorough consultation will be conducted to discuss your goals, expectations, and any potential risks. By proceeding with the treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the procedure and its potential outcomes and agree to proceed.
3. Package and Prepaid Services
All prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable. If you choose not to complete a package, the remaining balance can be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value but will not be refunded.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the prepaid amount for that session.
5. Product Purchases
Skincare products, medical-grade products, and any other retail items purchased from our clinic are also non-refundable. Exchanges may be permitted for unopened products within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.
6. Adverse Reactions and Complications
In the event of an adverse reaction or complication arising from a treatment, we will provide appropriate medical care to address the issue. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Results and Expectations
Aesthetic treatments can yield varying results based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed and do not warrant a refund.
