We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you experience an emergency or a situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Booking Deposits
For certain procedures, a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.
